This was supposed to be a football cake. So badly decorated. They made excuses that brown icing was bitter???????? How would chocolate not work???? 40 bux wasted too try to have a nice cake for my kids bday

Cone was stale, and the tables were sticky. The employee was nice, even if she was very slow. It took her over 20 minutes to dish out two scoops in bowls and make two medium shakes.

I've been a loyal Baskin-Robbins customer for years, but I can't help but express my disappointment with the persistently broken Uber machine at this location. It's been three months, and despite my numerous visits, the issue remains unresolved. I really wish they would prioritize fixing it, as it limits my ability to Uber food to myself. The ice cream is still delightful, but the convenience factor is sorely missed. Hoping for a speedy resolution! ?

We gave the young lady our 2 Scoop Sundae coupon at the onset, and purchase a quantity of (2) 2 Scoop Sundaes to enjoy in the cafe. The 2 Scoops were not the size other franchise's offer, as a single scoop size. Seriously embarrassing portions. The staff are nice, but clearly do not display southern hospitality. Interesting enough, people following without coupons, their single scoops were an inch above the top of the containers. Our 2 scoops were 3/4 below the top of our containers. It seemed clean. Absolutely will not return, and can not recommend.

Love baskin robbins flavors but the cones were stale and there were ants all over the ice cream display.
