Blue Springs Cafe - Highland

That was our second time to eat here... the reason why it's a second because the food was so good the first. Very good home style food, an excellent value and fantastic service... We drove from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania and stopped here because of the food network recommendation...now we recommend the Blue Springs to everyone between St.Louis and Indianapolis...Thanx for a great culinary experience.... Great place to eat! Just had the prime rib buffet it was awesome and the desserts are fantastic. Great service!

The food is delicious! I get the country fried steak every time we go and it is always great. Only place around here that makes it right. With all the yummy sides (oh those mashed potatoes and biscuits! they give you, it's impossible to not leave full. Service is excellent and prompt. Great place!

I've got to tell ya....over the years we flew by this little cafe. Then a friend of mine said we should stop, because they had the absolute best home cooked food. Most every trip home we stop, including today and once again.....the BEST home cooked meal ever! One of these days when we don't have the meal, we'll be able to get a piece of their awesome looking pie!
