Gelato Co. Cremeria Italiana

I was completely blown away from this place. from the aesthetic, until the moment I came out the door and everything in between, just blown away. super bright but inviting space, with baked goods visible from the door (tal above dessert jealous,) in a warm and welcoming environment with a cozy atmosphere. and then there are desserts from the fresh gelato, all the sweet cupcakes, cakes, macaroons and the holiday decorated desserts, it was a lot to take. several vegan and gluten-free options, so there is something for everyone! but to finish all the experience, that was personal. They were friendly, helpful when answering ask, but above all they seemed to enjoy their job. it made all the difference in the world. this place is top notch and I plan to stop definitiw in time and time again. ps the raw and amaretto are we the top notch?

Really smooth gelato and a lot of rotating aromene. (my favorite was the pistachios or stracciatella aromen. But here I find the delicious and beautifully decorated cakes to be super underestimated. the amount of wall on the presentation and how to perfectly combine the aromen make pay $6 for a single serviercake worth every penny. I have tried the tiramisu, pistachios and celestial and the chocolate caramel mousse kiss so far. my favorite is the pistachio raspberry cake. my least favorites was the tiramisu because it was kind of dry with not much expresso taste. there are also gelato bar options that I still try. the staff are super friendly and patient when they try the different Gelato taste.

Amazing gelato! It's incredibly delicious and fresh; you can instantly tell the difference from other places! The hazelnut gelato is fantastic—out of this world. You simply have to try it!

We enjoyed delicious desserts while sitting outdoors with friends. Everything was light and flavorful. We're excited to return for more delightful treats like these!

This is a fantastic place for people-watching and enjoying ice cream! Their gelato is incredible, and the service is exceptional. The atmosphere is stylish and inviting, creating a delightful first impression. They allow you to sample any flavors you like, and they also offer a small selection of pastries. Gelato Co is a wonderful addition to Highlands Ranch! I wouldn't typically come this way, but now I have a great reason to visit!
