Grist Brewing Company - Highlands Ranch

Updating to a 4-star review following a response. I appreciate this establishment for its beer selection and service. Wishing them luck with their new menu! Originally, I would have given 5 stars as their beer and food options were outstanding. However, they have completely changed their menu to only offer hotdogs, bratwurst, and macaroni and cheese dishes. It's disappointing because their food used to be exceptional. While I still enjoy the beer, I won't be making the drive from Castle Rock anymore due to the new menu. The new menu is attached below. Unfortunately, the website is not up to date.

After finishing a hike in Roxborough State Park, we decided to stop by this restaurant. They offer a great selection of cold beers and a tasty burger. The service was quick and accommodating, and we were pleased to find that they are very dog-friendly. Although the location is somewhat hidden in an office park, it is definitely worth a visit.

The beers at this place are excellent! They even allow dogs inside, which is a huge plus. I started off by ordering the Dopplegator and then got creative making up some beer names. Thankfully, my server was able to understand me and brought me exactly what I was looking for. I also grabbed a couple of crowlers to enjoy later. Thanks to the staff for a great experience!

M th happy hour is unique and fun. 3pm $3, 4pm $4, etc. outside of beer I love the sangria and the marg. Skip the queso unless they swap for better chips.

Popped in before our flight back home. Cool stop for sure. Tried a couple beers and shared some food. Happy we did????
