I get it, it's fast eating not good, but I have been interacting with her and seeing her interacting with other customers and she could work the least friendly person I saw working a position like this. I will give her the advantage of the doubt and say that she is autistic, because this is the only excuse that there is someone to have such a position. put them in the back-fliping burger or something if they cannot have customer service skills.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've never had a positive experience here. The drinks consistently taste off and are often served in a rushed manner. At one point, I ordered three Coca-Colas, and each one had a noticeably different taste, none of which resembled Coke. Additionally, the food is frequently incorrect or undercooked, and the staff is quite rude.
Hispanic woman (I say this because it was 2 and the other one was white) our order on 10/10/22 at 8:25 o'clock was extremely rude for us and audibly sighs when we asked to make 2 separate orders and just repeatedly say what they want to hurry. they then began to make fun of us when we went up to the window. we asked for a manager and he was just as rude that we were threatening when we only asked him to talk about her attitude with her. he continued to tell us he wanted to do nothing about it and laughed about us. in a young person and in the usually do not make a big stink about these things, but in fact disgusted with how we were treated when we only asked him to talk to her about their attitude. I know that this woman has a serious employment problem and so often treats the customers.
They insisted that I reorder my food to get a new code, but I explained that I had already been charged and would incur another charge if I did that. I also showed them my bank statement to prove that I had already been charged, as they said I shouldn’t have been. Unfortunately, they continued to check the system for my order, and I ended up waiting about 45 minutes while they went back and forth several times. Finally, they offered to give me my food for free since they couldn’t figure out what went wrong with the system, but it felt more like a concession than a freebie since I’d already been accused regarding the order. I had proof of payment, yet they still struggled to locate my order for all that time, which I find unacceptable. As a customer, it’s not my fault that the mobile order process failed, and if I provide proof of payment, I should receive what I ordered without such a hassle. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly or helpful during the ordeal. There was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm and respect towards customers. Given that I earn nearly $20 an hour, I expected a better level of service. I understand this is a fast food establishment, but every customer deserves fair treatment. After several negative experiences, I wanted to share my thoughts in hopes that improvements can be made. If things get better, I’d be willing to update my review.
I ordered two sausage biscuits and a coffee in the drive thru. All the person at the pay window said was 'two biscuits and a coffee, ' barely confirming my order. All I got was two biscuits, no sausage. I 've had to, on almost every visit, reconfirm my order and wait to get my total at the first window, not knowing what I 'll be paying, or if they got my order correct. I 've told management about this multiple times, yet nothing is apparently done about it. I didn 't want to resort to this, but this morning 's screw-up forced my hands
