Bidra med feedbackI've visited this restaurant three times, and each time my order has been wrong, with missing items on every occasion. If this hadn't been my third bad experience, I would have left without saying anything and simply managed my own order to ensure it was right. I won't be returning to this place again. Panera seems to have a consistent issue with incompetence!
The kitchen lacks organization, resulting in long wait times for food. Additionally, it seems like there are several children loitering instead of assisting. This place could greatly benefit from improved management.
I had a negative experience with the manager. The milk was expired, and when my wife brought it to his attention, he seemed dismissive. The customer service was really not up to par. However, the food was quite good, which is why I'm giving it two stars.
Came to my birthday bag (9:40 o'clock,) would have spent more money, but the bank on board was extremely rude. he went into the back room to count his time and did not even have the communication to the only cash in front of the front who treated the change of the watch like a champ! kudos to him. but because of the rudeness of the other cash I will not return.
This location is disappointing. Teenagers all on their phones and hair AirPods in. Can't hear you if you needed help. The food was all under cooked. Definitely need some management in there that's going to actually pay attention!
