Bidra med feedbackI had the Enchiladas, our children had the Burritos. So delicious. A nice surprise through South Dakota to find this place. Fresh ingredients, Cilantro... Tortillas... Salsa... would go back here in a heartbeat.
We had two meals at ricos while we went through the mickelson trail, and were impressed! the service was in order (although we had to request the glasses for our beer), which was essential original and fresh. we are pleased that we have not read the reviews online before we traveled as we had such a positive experience and ricos return to the rabbit bike, a super small bike shop that for those who need a little dc while cycling the mickelson trail. try both small local businesses!
This place was extremely over priced, for what you get. Very limited menu, had to request silverware. No hot sauce in a Mexican establishment!!! Not all that great of food. Don 't waste the money on this high priced very small 'restaurant '. Pass this one up.
The service at this restaurant is quite poor. We had to request cutlery three times and our drinks twice. The waitress would respond enthusiastically, only to vanish into the kitchen for ten minutes. It took 20 minutes for our chips and salsa to arrive after we placed our order. Even though there were only two tables occupied, we waited an additional 40 minutes for our main dishes. I found myself staring at the wall clock as I was quite hungry! The burrito was just a dry tortilla filled with crispy beans, and instead of the queso fresco that was promised, the tostada was slathered with pre-packaged, bright orange cheddar cheese. I understand that options are limited in Hill City, but I would recommend avoiding this place. If you're planning to spend the day hiking or exploring Custer State Park, consider grabbing lunch elsewhere!
The food was excellent; I wasn't expecting to find authentic Mexican cuisine in a small town in South Dakota.
