Donatos Pizza - Hilliard

The pizza at this restaurant is pretty good, but the famous thin crust is not as thin as expected. The cheese is gooey and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the robust flavor of the sauce. The pizza is cut into thin strips, which is different but perfect for children. The cinnamon sticks are also quite tasty, with more cinnamon instead of the usual icing. Even an hour after cooling, the dough was still soft and chewy. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not in my area of New York, so I cannot visit often, but I highly recommend it to those in the area. The prices are reasonable, and utensils, plates, and condiments are provided for free.

The reviewer placed a large order at the restaurant but realized they had forgotten a big sub sandwich. They called the restaurant to request a refund or a remake of the sandwich to be delivered. The restaurant agreed to remake it and deliver it, but after 40 minutes of waiting, the sandwich still hadn't arrived despite the reviewer living less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant.

At 7:24 pm, I placed a delivery order with a restaurant. I was informed that the delivery would take about an hour and 10 minutes. However, it is now 9:52 pm and I still have not received my order. When I called at 9 pm, I was told that the driver had the order with him and was only 10 minutes away. I understand that staffing shortages are common, but if a restaurant cannot deliver to a location that is only 10 minutes away and does not deliver the order two and a half hours later, it is unacceptable.

The first time it, since I just pulled out florida, very good! best pizza I had is not traditional new york style. my new faggot!

Mariachi beef pizza. 70 minutes for delivery which was fine but the pizza must have waited 60 minutes to leave the building.Dry cold and... disappointed!
