Bidra med feedbackI attempted to dine at this restaurant and drove into the drive-thru. I was the only vehicle there, while three cars were parked. Someone came on the intercom and informed me that it would take some time before they could take my order. When I asked how long "a while" meant, they told me it would be at least 10 minutes. During lunchtime! What on earth???
One unfortunate guy was running the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. The food wasn't fresh, and I had to throw the chicken away. They locked the dining room doors at 4:30 PM and turned away anyone who came in through the side door, saying they couldn't dine in. This place really needs some help because it's seriously gone downhill.
The bathroom was dirty, and several customers walked out because the person at the register was too preoccupied with chatting in the back to take any orders. Our order was incomplete, and when we requested honey, it seemed to be an inconvenience for him; he tossed it over the counter instead of handing it to us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
A few years ago they were under great management. On a couple occasions they would even include extra food if it seemed like the wait had been too long. I appreciate things like that, and was a loyal customer because of it. It's pretty bad now. Abouta year ago I walked in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of allowing me to choose a side, they rudely refused, and said ithad to be cole slaw. Nothing against cole slaw, but I'm not a fan of it, and it seems like a polarizing side dish to mandate -compared to potato wedges, mac and cheese, etc., After a couple more instances of them either giving me the wrong side, or thewrong sauce, I've stopped going altogether.
Basically just stay away from this location. Horrible food, rude employees. It's very apparent they don't want people to come because they would have to do there job. Went across the street and burgerim has amazing chicken!
