The Goat Hilliard

First time, I had the Halfloaf sandwich. Delicious mix of meats, cheese and sauce but tots were burned Second time, I ordered a side salad and chicken tacos. Both of our Salads were wilted and room temp. Clearly made ahead and left out. Dressing was watered down. Chicken was burned and dry. Waiter (Blaze? Was attentive but not obnoxiously.

I visited this restaurant for a drink around 5:30 PM on a Saturday. We chose to sit at the bar, but there was plenty of seating available. The prices were fair, and the staff was quick to respond and very attentive. This place seems like a great option for a nice dinner and drinks. Although I didn't order any food, there were plenty of choices on the menu.

We always have a fantastic experience here. The food is consistently excellent!

My husband and I live in the apartment complex next to the goat, and they recently revamped their menu, and I must say, it's a significant upgrade! Whoever was responsible for the changes deserves a raise! After COVID, their offerings had declined a bit—although they were still good, they were missing something (which is completely understandable given the challenges of the pandemic). However, they have really exceeded expectations this time. They've even improved the to-go boxes they use!

The food was good, but we couldn’t understand our server at all!! He needs to slow down and articulate better. Will try it again
