I ordered the Mongolian beef with roasted rice, and unfortunately, the rice was quite bland and not cooked well. The beef was also tough and difficult to chew.

The pepper steak was exceedingly tough and nearly inedible; it took an eternity to chew. It was filled with solid veins rather than tender meat. The fried rice was mediocre and lacked flavor. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the poor quality of both the meat and rice.

Today, November 10, 2022, I decided to give this restaurant another chance. I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and two spring rolls. The guy who took my order went back to the kitchen without washing his hands and put the spring rolls in the pan, despite other people being there cooking. Then, he proceeded to prepare the sesame chicken and packaged it without washing his hands again, after touching the computer and cash. That's pretty disgusting, and it makes me question whether I want to eat food that's been handled like that. The food is decent, but the quality of service is lacking. This will be my last visit, and I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you’re okay with someone’s unwashed hands potentially touching your food. Oh, and the spring rolls were undercooked as well.

My favorite restaurant in Hillsboro. The flavors stand out and the dishes are much better than what you will find in the other typical restaurants. Everything is freshly cooked to order. You can taste the difference. Meat and vegetables are high quality and fresh. Recommend her Szechuan Chicken.

So good, crab rangoons were so awesome and the Mongolian beef was amazing. I will definitely be back!
