Everyone is always really nice, I get my drink pretty fast (I always stop in before work, even if I?m running late) but the app has really taken everything to the next level. I was always forgetting my stamp cards and never felt like I could sit and look at the menu too long. Now, I try something new all the time!
They always have what I like with a exclent variety and great customer service. Love the free drink on my birthday every year.
Just left 8:52 p.m 6/14 at this location (SE TV Hwy SE 73rd Ave . I love the service at Dutch Bros fast turnaround. Tonight, I am convinced to resume going to Coffee Rush (it just was closed at the time . Paid but no change was given it is not much. However, you HAVE to give change. If when it was given, I would 've told him to keep as a tip. No closing greeting or thanks for coming . (Was he hoping I wouldn 't notice the change? I was sincere and pleasant the whole time. I can see why the guy in front left the line. Too much socializing minimal service.
I am a ridiculous dutch die hard, I 'll go 40 min out of my way for my coffee, but I was kinda sad at this stand, not friendly staff and my drink wasn 't good, I am pretty easy to please but sadly this Stand just dissapointed me, after almost 25 min waiting for one drink and then I watched about 8 cars on the opposite side leave before me and the staff didn 't even say hi at the window. I don 't know that I 'll try to come to this stand again:
I go here often at least 3 times a week and usually they are great but the last month or 2 has been awful. My drink is right about 50% of the time and I usually have to wait 10-15 mins for it and they have even forgotten my drink several times. I am not sure what changed but I won't be going for a while. Employees are too busy socializing with each other.
