Mai Pho - Hillsboro

Mai pho is delicious! we have the chicken and garnel summer/salad rolls and chickenerpho. the phobic was comforting and the summer rolls were refreshing. it even came to supplement with some sauces, which was appreciated. the little bowl is the bowl of my mother to house. it eats only about 1/3 of the portion each time and saves the rest for later. we recommend to go here anyway!

Delicious banh mi with quick and friendly service! The interior is beautiful and cool, making it an ideal spot to escape the midday heat on a Tuesday.

Excellent food, charming host. Found this place quite by accident and loved it. We had crisp pork egg rolls, my wife had a chicken rice plate, and I had a grilled pork and shrimp noodle salad. I had never had a noodle salad before – it is a bowl of dry noodles with a layer of greens and additional vegetables plus the proteins of choice, served with a mild sauce on the side. We asked for the hot sauce, and it was quite good, with a once kick. We plan to go back soon for one of the several pho she serves.

I went twice for Bánh mì. SOO delicious. The Bánh mì Saigon had a weird texture (as they warned me; it was prepared traditionally) and was delicious. The chicken Bánh mí was phenomenal and green bubble tea was so so good!(Pic was half eatten)

What a sweet, skilled, and welcoming host! The owner is running the place on her own, but still got our food out to us in quickly and with such a gracious and cheerful attitude. Our food was excellent, and the Thai iced coffee was so refreshing. The space itself is also a very peaceful atmosphere, with plenty of natural lighting and plants. Will definitely be suggesting this place to friends coming back! :
