Schlotzsky's - Hillsboro

It isn't fine dining, but they do their sandwiches justice. Service is excellent and place is clean. What more can you ask for?

Picked up for a late lunch during my motorway rides at one of my favorites. I'm just gonna go through the food and drive, because I didn't go in. The pictures tell the story of food – different location, same great meal. The ride through was a little slower than I thought after a lunch break, but it was worth waiting! I have two new favorite words – Smoke Cheesy! Technically it is a word on the menu, but one of my favorite sandwiches – with bbq smoke taste, paprika and jalapeño bread for a nice kick, and the meat! I tried to tease you with the pictures; you will not be disappointed.

Recently renovated and extremely clean, a little on the expensive side but the food was excellent and the staff was lovely. Highly recommended for a quick lunch.

I was passing through Hillsboro and decided to stop for lunch—what a great choice! The food was delicious and served warm, and the sweet tea was perfect. The checkout process was friendly and the staff member was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience here! The places I've visited in Waco haven't been as enjoyable as this one. The food was prepared perfectly, and the older gentleman at the register was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will definitely return and recommend it to others!
