Aunt Bea's Bbq - Hillsville

I visited the Hillsville location on December 14, 2021, for breakfast. I ordered a hamburger steak, two sunny-side-up eggs, hash browns, toast, and coffee. The waitress mentioned she would bring my coffee, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I had to remind her about it. She finally brought my coffee, but then I waited another 15 minutes for my food. When it arrived, I only received the hamburger steak, toast, and tater tots—no eggs or hash browns. To make matters worse, my coffee spilled, and when I told the waitress, she offered to replace it but never followed through. Eventually, she brought me scrambled eggs instead of the sunny-side-up ones I'd ordered, left a mop at my table, and again failed to bring me my coffee. I felt compelled to share this experience everywhere I can; this place is a joke, and judging by what I've read, it seems other locations are just as bad.
