Subway - Hilo

Food is alright. Service can be improved. Asked for a drink after paying and was going to pay again. The guy treated me like I was asking for a free drink. Wanted to tell him off that I know I have to pay for it but not worth it. Besides that alright but the employees need to be better trained in customer service.

Food was ok. Service was poor. They didn't put enough lettuce on my sandwich. The woman ignored me as I asked for more. Got to mayo and again she barely put any on my sandwich. I decided not to ask for more because I didn't want to be ignored again. I was flying out in a few hours and will never see this Subway ever again. If it wasn't for the long lines at McDonald's and Taco Bell I wouldn't came there. The 2 ladies behind the counter were busy with online orders.

Food is good but service was poor. Placed a mobile order which wasnt ready or even started when i arrived. Which is fine it gets busy but then the female worker ignored my order and proceeded to help other customers who arrived well after me. Finally got my food and she rudely asked me what else I wanted. Explained to her I needed my drinks and cookies and she huffed about it. She rips my cup holder and flies my cookies at me.

Horrible experience. Three people were there. Two were in the back “working on cookies”. It took 15 minutes for one lady to cut, wrap and ring up a family. Nobody acknowledged me and when they finally did they said I was impatient because I didn’t want to wait 15 for a soda. Then the worker Raven got extra with me and threatened assault. Of course I told her if she wants these hands to come right on outside. Then she told me to leave before I had a chance to fill my drink up. I told her unless she wants to give me a refund she needs to wait. She continued to run her mouth until I left. Great team!!

During this time you would think sanitary trained workers is a must, but not at this location! There were 4 workers all of them used a mask properly besides 1 worker who assembled your sandwich with veggies his mask was placed on his mouth instead of over his noise. He kept touching his mask and face with the same gloves he put veggies on peoples sandwiches. So disgusting! This will be the last time I’ll be going to this location and I’ll be making sure everyone I know is aware as well.
