Food 4 stars. Every dish we ordered was tasty and we even took all our left overs home. Service 2 stars: didn't seem like staff have been trained at all (didn't come and ask how we were, brought dessert before clearing mains) Ambiance 3 stars: bright large room, feels a little more like a village hall vs a restaurant Would still highly recommend due to the food, they've done the hard bit right the food, But they need to improve service, dim the lights and put some decorations up.

Talk about dysfunctional caos! The service on mothers day was atrocious! They clearly cannot handle so many customers... won't be coming back, a pity because the food isn't bad!

Having a wonderful time with family and friends celebrating a birthday. Food was delicious but the service was ****. Especially from the male head person (oriental appearance) reply to any service request was I 'm too busy Guess what champ hire more staff and stop being a tight arse, then maybe with more staff on get a far better rating.

We had a small get together Saturday night and called to get home delivery. One of the dishes we asked for was satay chicken and rice in the same container (x4) ... The staff on the phone refused. We were not asking for the special lunch price.. was happy to pay full price. Restaurant had done it for us before (only a few weeks ago) however staff on the phone refused to do it this time and were quite rude about it as well. Very disappointed and annoyed! Flower Drum H were happy to turn away a $70-$80 order all for the sake of putting rice in the same containers. Very stupid customer service! Lucky we were able to go to another local Chinese restaurant who accommodated our needs.

A new which has recently opened and must say I was impressed with their Yum-cha menu. Prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. I loved the coconut jelly, dim-sims and calamari just to name a few. Parking is available on site. Will be back there again.
