We discovered this pub by accident and 'were very pleased that we did. The landlady and landlord were very friendly, and the pub food was excellent. We 'll definitely return, maybe to try their sunday lunch sometime.

Great place for a drink and some music, free pool on a Monday night! Friendly staff, quick service, nice food. Free jukebox on a Friday night.

Passing through on our way down from Scotland. Camper van friendly and so organised an overnight stay in the car park. Cindy and her team were really friendly and helpful. Locals were so welcoming. Great food, excellent choice and value. Cindy’s homemade cheesecake was incredible! Lovely location with great countryside walks on the doorstep. Very dog friendly!

Sunday dinner Carvery was really nice fresh home made! The owners are lovely too. Signature cheese cake lemon lime ginger is best I have ever had!! Definitely be back.

Such a warm and welcoming pub. Sunday carvery is the best I've had in a long time! Overall great atmosphere and friendly staff. Look forward to another visit very soon.
