Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and a BLT for $20 and they somehow messed both up. Forgot the lettuce in the BLT and got everything wrong on the Philly other than the meat (shredded cheddar instead of provolone, chipotle sauce instead of mayo, onions instead of jalapeño, etc). As bad as they messed up, the Philly was actually pretty good but the BLT without the lettuce baffles me. Like, it’s in the name lmao Other than that, I have been here multiple times and it’s been fine every other time. It’s Subway—nothing special. If you can, go to literally any other place but if there isn’t any other place, Subway will do.

I ordered three sandwiches through the app and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes in-store because they weren't ready. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was missing the bacon and tomatoes, the BLT lacked tomatoes and didn't have any cheese despite paying for double cheese, and we didn't receive the cookie we ordered either. When I called to ask about it, the staff member informed me that they had run out of tomatoes. I questioned why we weren't notified, especially since tomatoes are a key ingredient in the BLT, and I had been waiting there the whole time. She tried to say it was due to new employees. They offered a refund if we came back, but living 20 minutes away made that inconvenient and disappointing, especially since we had been looking forward to enjoying nice $13 sandwiches for lunch at work. Next time, I’ll make sure to watch them prepare every sandwich.
