I arrived at 10:40. The place doesn’t open until 11:00. Right at 11, I tried to open the door but it was locked. She came out 3 minutes later and said she was still prepping it would be 10-20 minutes and she would come get me. 18 minutes later, another customer walked in so i got out my vehicle and walked in. She was still prepping but she took the other customers order before me even though I was there waiting before it even opened. You don’t do that. I don’t care how good the food is, you just lost a customer. I cook /Bake also I will either go somewhere else or just make my own.
