Overall, the restaurant was very charming and well-designed. We were happy to find outdoor seating available and had the place to ourselves when we visited. The menu offers a variety of smoothies and acai dishes. I was able to use my eco-friendly cup and straw for my smoothie. Both the smoothie and acai dish we tried were incredibly tasty. We suggested they indicate which items are vegan-friendly on the menu, and they actually implemented this suggestion within a week! Their customer service is exceptional. They also switched their granola recipe to use maple syrup instead of honey, a change that has not yet been made at their Fujisaki location. While they do offer non-vegan savory items, we recommended they add a vegan sandwich to the menu, and they assured us they plan to do so in the future. In October 2021, they began selling vegan baked goods like cookies, scones, and muffins. This restaurant is continuously improving, and we are excited to see what else they have in store. We were delighted to see they had outdoor seating available, and since we were the only customers at the time, we were able to choose our seats freely. Their menu offers a variety of smoothies and Acai bowls. I was able to use my eco cup and eco straw for my smoothie, which was a nice touch. Both the smoothie and Acai bowl we ordered were incredibly delicious. We suggested adding a vegan-friendly label to their menu, and to our surprise, they implemented this suggestion the following week! The customer service was exceptional and they even changed their Granola recipe to use maple syrup instead of honey. Additionally, they have plans to introduce a vegan sandwich option in the future. If you're in Hirosaki and craving something fruity, this is the perfect spot for you! The menu is well-labeled with options such as smoothies, smoothie bowls, muffins, and cookies. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance of the shop is cozy and inviting. I highly suggest trying the blueberry muffin!
