Bidra med feedbackThis was my first time dining here, and it was truly fantastic! The chef put on an amazing show for us and was very polite. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I ordered the lunch steak and chicken with fried rice, and it was incredibly delicious—cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this place.
This restaurant has consistently impressed me. The food is excellent, and I really enjoy watching it being prepared right in front of me. Although it was quite busy during my visit, I only had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for a table. They have raised their prices a bit recently, but I still believe it's well worth it.
The sushi was raw, and my daughter was quite upset about it. I'm not sure what her issue is, since we often eat raw fish at home. We asked our waiter if they could microwave or cook our salmon sushi, and they agreed, though they seemed a bit confused. When it came back, it was steaming, and the fish looked as if it were still alive! My daughter took a bite and said it better taste cold, so we just tipped some ice from our drinks onto the plate to cool the sushi down. Overall, it was quite an experience. I would consider eating here again.
The California Tempura Roll and the steak and chicken rice are SO AMAZING! Ichiban is my choice for my birthday dinner/dinner, since I moved here in 2009 and ten years later they still have to disappoint. Parking is usually not a problem because the parking lot is quite large, unless his dinner at the weekend. We have a reservation for the party of 8 for 11:30 (if they open) so that we don't have a long waiting time and we sit immediately. Eight people were perfect because we took all the seats on our side, so we had the whole half of the room for us. I think they have a bigger table for larger parties, but I have a small family. The restaurant is easy to find and is always clean and organized. The cook is always super beautiful and watch him cook is always super entertaining for my family and I, and we enjoy the show. I always get to share an order of sushi and it's delicious. This time I got the California Tempura and I got cream cheese added. It was amazing. When I finished this, the chicken and steak meats I ordered were finished. Juicy chicken and steak cooked perfectly to moderately rare, as I had asked. Since my birthday is tomorrow, I didn't tell the waiter. Usually, if you say something to the staff, they will send you a complementary fruit bowl the end of your meal with pineapples and cherries that is great. As usual there was a lot to take home. I could get two more meals from the left! All in all, it was a great birthday dinner and I can't wait to do it again next year!
Very good food and our chef was so talented! They rush you out before you're done eating which is a shame, I understand its probably because of being short staffed but it takes away from the experience. However, It was great seeing this restaurant packed.
