Feedback
Bidra med feedbackI think this place ought to have two for the price instead of only one , as it's not cheap by local standards but it is definitely a local restaurant (i.e. not aimed at tourists or Westerners). That said, I think that the food is the best value for money out of the nearby vegetarian restaurants. It's not exceptional but it's pretty good and there is a big selection. You'll have to fight to get the attention of the staff but as other reviewers have noted, this isn't particularly unusual in Vietnamese restaurants!
The restaurant offers a limited selection of true vegetable dishes, with the majority being imitation meat. The menu is extensive and the restaurant is typically busy, resulting in average service lacking in warmth. English is not spoken, but you can point to the food you want. This standard Vietnamese restaurant is worth a visit if you are in the area. Prices are higher compared to similar restaurants, with the same quality of food but less variety in vegetable options. This restaurant is well-loved by the locals, but I don't quite understand the hype. The food is mediocre and overpriced for what you get. There are much better vegetarian restaurants nearby.
I discovered this vegan restaurant about 20 years ago during my backpacking trip across the country, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. The prices are low, the menu is simple, and the food is affordable. I especially recommend their crispy fried noodles, they are delicious.
Speciality: Chicken-mock-meat with fried rice
