Nice atmosphere. Drinks were pretty good. Food was delicious, I wouldn't say that they were traditional Vietnamese cuisine, but the food was Yam, that's the matter.

I traveled south to the north in Vietnam and eat only local food and that was one of the 3 best meals I had. I came at 10:30 and they were open and the service was very fast. The duck rolls, the grilled crab rolls and grilled shrimps were excellent and so the sticky rice was Mango Dessert. Definitely recommended.

Great place good food and fast service. Visited it after a long day of sightseeing in the area, had a nice meal full of flavors and was not spicy (small chicken with broken rice). The desert was surprisingly tasty, sweet, slightly sour and refreshing (passion fruit cracks).

My favourite restaurant in Vietnam! After travelling down the country trying a few popular restaurants, this is my favourite by far. I’ve dined here twice now with a third likely, the food is sensational, the staff very friendly with great English, a very relaxed atmosphere (great music btw) and prices are very reasonable. Also the desserts are great!

Best restaurant in Ho-Chi-Minh-City!!! We ate dinner two times during our one week trip to HCMC and loved the modern Vietnamese food, the cozy atmosphere, the friendly staff... Much appreciated that Propaganda offers some vegetarian and even vegan options! They season their tofu to give it more flavour. Every dish is fresh and tasty and the portion size optimal! Big recommendation to go there and try some Vietnamese food! They offer some fancy drinks, cocktails and fresh coconuts as well!
