Quán Hoa Đông - Ho Chi Minh city

My first meal in Ho Chi Minh City, menu English is provided. it was a good experience, authentic pho, good suppe. crab meat spring roller is so crispy and tasty. friendly staff .

Quite a fair amount of flies, but really good food. I had the pork cutlet rice, costs around 80k VND. A bit steep, but this is a restaurant more than a street food vendor. The pork was tender, succulent, and really nicely seasoned. Would come back!

Clean and nett. A place for Vietnamese breakfast. The staff is friendly too. Though I felt that the Pho Bo I have tried here is just at average. The beef is too old and Pho is just ok. My husband got a bánh canh cua(glass Udon with crabmeat). He felt that it’s tasty and full with crab meat inside. Price is a bit high compared to the same meal in other Districts in HCMC. But since it’s next to Ben Thanh Market, it’s still acceptable.

Delicious and savoury pho bo. Lots of other food on the menu but some only available on certain days. 60k for pho bo

Highly overpriced for the so very bland taste of the crab vermicelli. Good chunks of crab but you can have much better for 30k on the pavement.
