R J Italian Lounge - Ho Chi Minh city

A great experience memory. I live in Milan and I went to many very good restaurant, but this is strong to compete with them! Enrico De Martino is really an excellent cook. All dishes were amazing. Risotto with asparagus Super, Pistachios Halbfreddo over the top! For the third time I come here and always better. My compliments and very hard to get five stars from an Italian abroad. Try this place, the price it is worth everything! New menu even better! Meat and fish delicious. Well done! The best Italian restaurant in Vietnam!

The Degustation menu is a absolute must try. The dishes are well-proportioned and designed. Cocktails are decent, I expected more. Warm welcoming service. Pricey for sure, but it's all worth it.

It’s typical Italian foods, the rice is quite reasonable however the taste is so so, not really good! Still recommend to try, the black Belgium beer is so good!

This place tries so hard To be fancy. The decor is so tacky I was turned off right away. But it had redeeming qualities too. Good service.The food was good. Bread was great. Complimentary fried oyster great. Burrata was good. The octopus was just ok, small and a let down really. The eggplant parmigiana was average at best. The suckling pig was amazing, crispy, juicy and amazing presentation. All the presentation was great, they seemed to care about presentation more than anything else. Bill for two with a bottle of wine was 3 million dong. Italian wise this place didn’t cut it. Didn’t feel Italian at all. Overall it’s just a place that tries to hard to be fancy which is a turnoff. But damn that pig was good...

All the money goes to the decor. Food is mediocre and even bad. Returned the main course after one bite no chef or supervisor even bothered to learn why when the restaurant was relatively empty. Staffs are all very attentive though. Wonder why the reviews on here are so good. Highly recommend everyone to go so that you’ll know that I’m right.
