The kebabs were so good they were delicious best kebab ever

We had to wait an hour for our food at this restaurant. When our order finally arrived, one item was missing. Although they assured us they would send the missing item, it never came. After reaching out again, they insisted that the correct order had already been dispatched. They refused to refund us for the missing item because we placed the order online. Now I'm left without a complete meal and out some money. It's really disappointing, as their food is typically quite good, but this time the service was simply awful.

I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but tonight I was quite disappointed. It seemed like my portion was only half of what I usually receive. There's nothing more frustrating than feeling shortchanged.
