Pizza Hut - Hobbs

Never really leave reviews but people deserved to know, ordered a pizza, 2 liter pepsi, cheese sticks wings, my stuff didn't get delivered till like 1hr 1/2 later. I called to follow up on my order and out of 10 calls they only answered one and didn't even help! Once my order arrived pizza was cold, wings were not even good at all. Cheese sticks were alright. If i could i wouldn't even give em a 1 star review!

There seems to be something different at the Hobbs Hut. The pizza just doesn't taste like it used to. I recently tried it at a location out of town, and I was shocked—it barely tasted like Pizza Hut at all.

The customer service was terrible, and they didn’t follow my instructions for the order.

This Pizza Hut has actually improved since I first moved to Hobbs in 2022. The staff members have become friendlier and more efficient. The food has been the typical greasy Pizza Hut fare. I'm particularly excited about their newest menu item, the Cheesesteak Melt ($6.99). On May 10, 2023, I ordered through the app for pickup. According to the app, my order was ready in about 10 minutes. It's always served hot and fresh whenever I come here. Occasionally, they run out of certain 20 oz. drinks, so you might only have two options when you arrive for your order. The best feature is the drive-thru window, which makes it so convenient for a single working mom like me to pick up lunch for my kids and eat with them in their cafeteria on Fridays.
