I waited in front of four employees for 10 minutes, but they completely ignored me before I decided to leave. They wouldn't take my order at all. It's a nice place to hang out, but not a great spot if you're looking to get food.
I'm consistently disappointed each time I order from here. The wings hardly have any sauce and are extremely dry. I specifically ordered boneless wings, and this is what I received. The pizza quality is poor, with hardly any toppings. I usually opt for the handmade pan to ensure a better quality pizza, but unfortunately, it's just dough with barely any cheese—very poorly made overall.
Because the app so graciously asks me to review our local store.. here we go! ? Iv had issues with this store where they refuse to fix their mistakes on pizzas if it was supposed to be half cheese and half toppings. I live like 7 minutes away from the store and they have tried to get me to return pizzas they have messed up but tonight takes the cake. If your stores supposed to be open till midnight then you employ a driver and insider till then. The person in the store claiming to be a manager refused to pass my number along to their GM who I have never been able to contact before so I don’t even think they exist. This so called manager could only repeat no delivery driver to me multiple times as his excuse for canceling a order that was placed within a proper window of time. Then when told to leave my message for upper management since he obviously didn’t staff himself right tonight he hung up on me. Not only do they have you wait on hold for 6ish minutes to just speak to a human why trying to get you to order online. When you order online your orders get canceled without reason. Or with a pitiful one as such that they are staffed correctly. If you aren’t staffed then change the hours. We will see if I can get ahold of someone from management because I’m pretty ticked off that dinner after my shift was ruined.
Don't even think about ordering delivery; it takes an hour. This is the second time in just a few months that we've had to cancel our order.
