Just fantastic... rafty service, perfect flavors, and possibly the best piece of meat I've ever been allowed to eat... Perfect.
Meanwhile, the month is over and a so many made promises didn't come true. At first, no credit card and no BTW receipt...
Very well eaten, top serve and all this on the South French pace.
Very well eaten, in a magnificent frame, with paying attention to Gilbert himself. Happy food and yet sufficiently, real convincing!
