Wingstop - Hoffman Estates

I ordered a 6-piece classic combo and Jonathan, who took my order, told me it would take about 20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes, and I saw five other people who ordered after me receive their food before I did. When I inquired about how much longer it would be, Jonathan just said "okay" while walking away, not acknowledging my longer wait compared to the other customers still present. I even tried calling the restaurant to speed things up, but they didn't answer; their phones were on DND, so they didn’t ring at all. The customer service really needs improvement.

Consistently the best wingstop I've ever been to. 100% of the time my food has been hot and fresh. It could be lunch time, dinner time, or late night and it will always be great. Big up on also being clean.

We placed an order online, but it took an incredibly long time to arrive. We ended up waiting an hour for our food, and unfortunately, when it finally came, it was cold.

I recently visited Wingstop with some friends. The place is a casual fast food restaurant that specializes in chicken wings. The menu is quite extensive, with over 10 different wing flavors to choose from. However, you can only order 10 wings per flavor, which is a bit limiting.We ordered 20 wings, half garlic Parmesan and half hickory smoked BBQ. The garlic Parmesan wings were definitely the better of the two. They were crispy and juicy, with a flavorful garlic Parmesan sauce. The hickory smoked BBQ wings were also good, but they were a bit burnt.The service at Wingstop was friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly, about 12 minutes after we ordered. There were plenty of parking spots available, which was a plus.

I ordered from this restaurant and they charged me, but I never received my food. This is completely unprofessional. I also tried calling, but no one answered. Don't waste your time or money here; I'm very disappointed and there has been no resolution for getting a refund.
