Had the pleasure of experiencing 37 West Steakhouse for dinner last night. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very conducive of relaxing and enjoyable, yet quiet conversation. The bread starter was absolutely delicious. I appreciated that of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar accompaniment, the balsamic was a reduction which makes the appetiser even more luxurious. A little extra step perhaps but it does make a difference. My steak was cooked to medium and retained all the moisture and juice that made it all the more delightful. I would recommend West 37 and look forward to a return visit in the very near future!

The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Courtney, was outstanding—she greeted us warmly and took excellent care of us throughout the evening. Both the appetizers and entrées were delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. They also have sanitization and social distancing measures in place. Overall, it was a five-star experience!

The best prime rib in the North Country! I am always satisfied. It's consistently flawless!
