Taco Bell - Holland

All employees where in the front on their phones very unprofessional. Did not professionally speak over the intercom, Very rude service.

Fun staff obviously not the best food because it taco bell but it was really good. Always great

No consistency in food quality, hours of operation, or customer service. Food order is 50/50 if you get the quality standards supposed to be there fie even Taco Bell. Worst of all, you never know if they're open. 4pm on a Tuesday closed, no signage, nothing posted, even drive through closed. This has been a concern for a long time. This place should be closed down and replaced by a Taco John's.

This Taco Bell is completely awful from the service to the management. The order is right if you're lucky. Overall don't come here if you want a Taco Bell that is actually ran correctly and good service.

Ordered a trio of hard taco Supreme with no lettuce, my wife still wanted the tomato and sour cream on them. I also got a single extra Supreme with no lettuce and a combo box special. My wife's first taco was made exactly how we ordered and the other 3 were sprinkled with meat and all cheese. Horrible. If you can't do your job you should be replaced. When people stop going to specific stops like this Taco bell and they down size and you need another job please learn it's you not them that messed up.
