I absolutely love the ice cream there—it's so sweet and delicious! I'm really into it! The service is also fantastic!

I came here on a whim due to my sweets craving and I'm glad I did. I got strawberry and passion fruit froyo topped with mochi, strawberries and some walnuts. The strawberry was very mild, tasting like most other frozen yogurt places but the passion fruit was really good. It was tart, balancing out the sweetness of the strawberry. The mochi added a little chew to it and the walnuts are always good on any frozen yogurt. It is a little pricy here at 72 cents an oz so I paid $7.20 total for my yogurt. Overall, it really hits the spot though.

I absolutely LOVE going to Tutti Frutti for my FroYo fix. It is my favorite treat for self care and time with friends. Today Lunch lol. The owners are super kind, the flavors change and are all so delicious full flavor, full body and some are non fat (if not all). Lots of toppings you can add yourself. The store is easy to use and always clean. I am so grateful to have Tutti Frutti in San Carlos!

Most people probably wouldn't need to read or leave a review for a chain froyo joint, as you most likely know what product you're getting. That being said, I had to leave a shout out to the staff at the San Carlos Tutti Frutti for excellent customer service. Without going into too many details, they (the manager I believe) were willing to make accommodations for my girlfriend who is currently undergoing treatment for a medical condition. They didn't have to, and were certainly making an exception for us. Thank you again for making your customers feel valued and taken care of!
