Jack's - Holly Pond

We visited this Jack's during a particularly busy time, but they managed to serve us quickly, and our food was absolutely delicious. There was ample seating available in the dining area, so we opted to dine in. The space was clean and well-organized. Everyone was able to get exactly what they wanted for lunch, and my husband and I both agreed that this was one of the best meals we've had in quite a while. My chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, and my husband ordered a special sandwich that was made correctly on the first try; he found it to be wonderful. Our grandchildren enjoyed their sandwiches and kids' meals as well, which were prepared swiftly.

The place stinks of mold, the bun was hard, my coworker ordered no tomato it had not only a hard crusty bun but had tomatoes. I wouldn't even leave a review but this place needs help. Currently the drink dispenser is leaking all in the floor.

When I got home, the ham, egg, and cheese biscuit that she complained about was squished, with the egg spilling off to the side and more cheese on the wrapper than on the biscuit itself. I will not be returning to this location. It feels like they are more aligned with a rude Yankee attitude rather than the warm hospitality typically found in the South. Since they are the only fast food restaurant in Holly Pond, it seems she thinks customers have no choice but to accept her poor service. I’d much rather drive a few extra miles to receive a smile and kindness instead of dealing with her unpleasant demeanor.

I tried their chicken nuggets today! They were a bit smaller than I expected, but they were still delicious.
