Chili's Grill - HOLMDEL

They have recently renovated this location and the bar area is very nice. Food is what you would expect from a Chili's. Cleanliness is not number 1 at this location. Chairs/benches are always sticky, the electronic screens at the table are coveredin crud and never seem to work. Service is hit or miss. They recently got rid of those 2 for $20 and replaced it with a 3 forme, which offers a drink, appetizer and entree (some smaller portions) for different tiered prices. Food always comes outquickly and there is rarely a long wait, even during dinner.

Saturday afternoon Margaritas appetizers. Delicious not crowded or loud, so great place to get together with friend catch-up. Waitress was friendly never rushed us.

Salmon was a little overcooked dry (its not usually) but everything else was great

Haley never introduced herself to me, and it took her other table to remind her that I was there first. My order was incorrect, and no one bothered to check on me throughout my meal. Instead, she returned to the other table, cheerfully demonstrating how to pay and wishing them a good night. Meanwhile, I had already used the device to settle my bill. When she finally came to my table, all she did was drop a box in front of me, asking if I needed anything else. I hadn't done anything to warrant her behavior, and the couple at the other table was quite taken aback by her insincere smile and lack of consideration for me.

I rarely have any problems with this Chili's, and when I do, they always find a way to resolve it! I really appreciate their service, and the food is excellent. It's reasonably priced, so you definitely get your money's worth. I would recommend it to just about anyone.
