Superb pho a really tasty complex soup with lots of very tender beef served very rare, plus big serves for low prices and nice fast staff. I might prefer a heavier soup (e.g., Pho Mom) and more kick no spice in the soup and no chilli sauce so you're stuck with adding chunks of chilli but Pho Toan Thang is definitely among the best in Sydney.
Chicken and beef brisket noodles were delicious. Good flavours and portion size. Friendly staff and good service. It does get busy so best to come before peak time. Will recommend and come back to try other dishes.
My girlfriend's family has been coming here for the past 10-15 years. I just don't think it's as flavourful as other places I've been. I've had better.
