Bidra med feedbackThe mobile app is never available, then when you go there it takes a while to get a cup of coffee. Yesterday I go there and posted on a piece of paper on the door only the drive thru is open.
I ordered a XL coffee and they told me they were put of XL cups, so I ordered a large coffeee. I also ordered 6 donuts. I pulled up to the window, and there were two coffees sitting there. She tried to give me both of them. I told her I only ordered one. Soshe took the other one back. Then I waited for my donuts for about 5 minutes, and they came out in a munchkin box! I guess theywere out of donut boxes too. Headed to home, took my first cup of coffee about 2 miles down the road and realized they had givenme the wrong coffee.
The customer service was rude, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. This location of Dunkin' appears to be poorly managed.
At 10 AM, there was no one available to assist, and this isn't the first time they've been tardy for work.
They’ve been out of large cups for more than a week now, so I wouldn’t bother checking back. You’re better off going to any Dunkin’ instead. There’s also a 50/50 chance that the coffee will be stale.
