White Castle Homer Glen

Valentinstag /birthday dinner. they did a great work with decorating and tableside waitress and a menu too. only the deaf side was that the restaurant was very cold especially for the seniors.

Valentine's Day event was wonderful! Everyone should experience it at least once in their lifetime!

Food was excellent, but service not so good, which is what I would expect from White Castles (the employees aren’t trained to be waiters). It took 20 minutes to take our food order. The food came out fast and fresh!! Food was excellent. Then it took another 20 minutes to get our check. Our waiter left for the night, and another waiter had to figure out our food order (not his fault). Our reservation was for 8:15 and we did not leave White Castles until 10 pm. Overall my party had a great time, just that the service was slow.

This was the first time at this location for Valentine's Day dinner. We felt crowded because tables were too close for this special occasion. Our servicer rushed us and was a little clumsy when he brought the food. Not that he dropped anything but didn't have a plan as where to set the food.

If they had to do that in the car, they would have canceled it.
