Alibi Cafe - Homer

Some of the best wings in Alaska. Try the PB&J wings...don't be scared, you're gonna love them. Fish tacos are a close second. Great service with a local vibe and atmosphere. This is where I go for dinner and drinks every time I'm in Homer! Call ahead for accurate open hours as it's been closed before when there are local events.

The halibut tacos were recommended by a local and absolutely did not disappoint. The barmaid recommended the bean dip with pico and corn chips. It made the combo perfect!!!! Excellent vibe here and super friendly!!! Highly recommended.

Great food, friendly wait staff and fun environment. It's a bar and Cafe but I don't recommend very young children as it would be upsetting to have to listen to screaming infants in an adult setting. Food is creative, tasty and spans multiple ethnicities. The parmesean fries alone are worth a trip here. The bar has a nice selection of both domestic and imported beers. If your visiting Homer do not miss out on this local gem.

Nice comfortable place, lately the food hasn't done it for me but maybe it's just a me thing. Still like their on tap cider.

The food is good here! Often Bar Essen is not very good, but in this case not. It was excellent, and so was the service. Note, the portions are very generous. I had to take 2 to-go boxes home.
