Wild Honey Bistro - Homer

This restaurant features a highly innovative menu with baguette sandwiches and an incredible assortment of crepe creations available for breakfast, lunch, or anytime you desire. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally, and there are gluten-free options as well. I highly recommend paying a visit!

We stopped by for dessert crepes after our lunch, and they were absolutely delightful! While I enjoy supporting local businesses like this, I suggest sharing the dessert options since they are huge and quite filling, but definitely worth every bite. Everything is locally made, and the mousse and cream were incredibly fluffy and delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the mood for something sweet, though I've heard the savory options are also fantastic!

I left with mixed feelings because the staff informed us it would be a 20-minute wait, but it ended up being 60 minutes instead. We were fourth in line and ended up being the last ones to receive our food for a group of 15 orders.

PHENOMENAL!! I ordered the special savory crepe “Feta late than Neva”. Such a complex mixture of amazing flavors, so creative and delicious. Took it to go, but I WILL be back to imbibe mimosas next time. Can’t wait!!
