Bidra med feedbackI found my experience at this restaurant to be disappointing and a waste of both time and money. The long wait in line was frustrating, and when I finally got my order, I noticed something floating in my coffee. My food was also covered in crumbs from other items, which was really unappetizing. I had to spit it out. Additionally, the cups had stains from previous drinks, making everything feel very unclean. It was all quite off-putting and not at all what I expected.
I waited in the drive-thru line for 18 minutes. The person taking our order spent more time chatting with customers instead of processing orders. Additionally, the coffee we received was lukewarm.
Terrible service. The line was slow, and I had to wait an entire hour only to find out that they were out of strawberries. It's absurd; they could at least put up a sign indicating that certain drinks are unavailable. To make matters worse, they couldn't scan the app because the scanner was broken. I’ll never come back to this Starbucks again—I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Cutler Bay than give my money to this location again.
Tristan and her entire team were amazing with their attention. All of them very attentive and super helpful. I would like to give a especial thanks to this location for providing the proper customer service, quality and training to their team. Until next time, thank you for being the best as always.
Our favorite local Starbucks, the best in Miami-Dade County! ? Come here several times a week and it's always a great experience ?
