A new restaurant has recently opened in Redlands. It's a great spot to visit when the weather is nice or in the evening. They only had one food truck option when I visited, and it was a bit expensive. The food is organic and follows the slow-food movement. The restaurant itself is beautiful, which may justify the prices and portion sizes. I'm sure it will become more popular once they offer more menu options. The atmosphere had a lively vibe with signs and music from local artists, but it was a bit too loud for those seeking a peaceful dining experience.
