Panera Bread - Homewood

I’ve decided to stop dining at Panera Bread. It used to be one of my favorite spots, but a few years ago, they changed their menu and removed some of my favorites, like the turkey artichoke panini. Despite that, I still rated them 5 stars due to their outstanding customer service. This is the only restaurant where you can grab a complimentary cup to enjoy while you wait for your food. The person responsible for training their employees and managers in politeness and professionalism truly deserves recognition. It’s clear that a strong culture of service starts at the top and flows down to the cashiers. Every location I’ve visited maintains this high standard, which, combined with their beautifully decorated and inviting dining areas, makes it a top-notch place to eat.
