You’d have better luck finding an employee working in the sporting goods department at Walmart than getting any help here. Had a pickup scheduled for 3-4pm and at 5pm it hadn’t even been assigned yet. Had to go into the store and walk around to find someone to help me. Meanwhile I noticed that it seemed like there were more employees on break than working. Long story short, I got there at 3:45pm and didn’t get my pickup until 5:50pm.
Review of the tire center only the tire center is no longer helpful. I will go to Trussville or Hoover from now on. This location needs a process overhaul today. I am going to elevate the issue to the highest management level possible. Member experience should be the same for each location or rethink the staff. You have at 6 people least just walking around and one skilled labor carrying the load. Awful
I decided to get a slice a pizza from here, since i was driving by. I usually have a good experience when I stop by, and today I still managed to have a good experience. The only downfall was the line being pretty lengthy, but it was expected since it was lunch time on a Saturday. I probably was only in line maybe 3 min before I placed my order. I got 1 slice of the 3 meat with a large icee. And the wait for my pizza was not long since they usually cook the pizza back to back. My pizza was really cheesy and had the perfect amount of meat for my liking. And the best part was the price it was only 3$ for both item. Covid precautions are pretty much not a thing anymore. And if you're not a sam's member then you're missing out on the experience to try.
I love shopping at Sam 's for my bigger bulk items, but they way everyone 's attitudes was today makes me want to reconsider my membership ! The man in the front in the green shirt told me to move my cart out of the isle no hey how are u , can I help you nothing just very rude ! Next thing the lady at the counter of the food court all the drinks was out , I told her at the counter she said I and I quote honey they are just all out ?? She didn 't help me one bit and proceeded to keep talking to another team member. So I left with no drink because it was inconvient for her after I purchased this !!! However the lady at the customer service desk and the ladies at the door was nice . BUT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR AND attitude makes me want to take my business somewhere else ! Customer Service should be #1!!!!
