Bidra med feedbackThe entire staff tonight mind you it is Friday August 16th at 10:00 at night. The staff on duty was fantastic I had a messed up order from last night not only did they correct it but they also made sure that my extended order to the messed up order was 100% correct the manager on duty definitely deserves the credit and the young lady that was working the register with the glasses was an absolute sweetheart. We drive from Beverly Hills to this location because they do the very best job and I will continue to come back as long as I get that kind of customer service
The cashier “brianna s “ was completely rude and unprofessional, i asked about the different in two deal boxes she refused to explain them when the menu kept changing on the screen so i couldn’t see it. refused to split the payment between two cards which may or may not be how the machines work? and shut the window when i tried to ask for a straw for my drink. totally disappointing
They were helpful in every way possible. They tried helping me cancel and order for another location and when it didn’t work they gave me corporates number (who was closed). Absolutely love this store and would 100% recommend them. All of them deserve a raise
Upon arriving we stepped up to the counter to place our order (mind you there was only one other patron sitting at a table already eating) the young man working behind the counter turned around and told us to place our order at the kiosk directly behind us. So, to me, that left me with a bad impression as far as customer service. Once we got our food, our chicken quesadilla and steak quesadilla hardly had any meat in it. My bean and cheese burrito was extremely spicy (I don't recall this item ever being so spicy). My cheesy Fiesta potatoes were cold and hard and tasted like they'd been leftover from who knows when, and finally, my cinnamon twists hardly had ANY sugar cinnamon and I paid over $30 for this inedible meal. Apparently, Taco Bell has raised their prices BUT lowered their quality and food standards. The only positive experience here was that the bathroom was clean. I can go to an authentic Mexican restaurant, pay about the same, and get better quality food!
Walked up to the counter to place our order, mind you there was only one other person in the restaurant and he was already eating, when the young man behind the counter briefly turned around and told us to place our order with the kiosk directly behind us (so much for customer service). Once we got our food, there was hardly any meat in the chicken and steak quesadillas. The cheese and bean burrito was extremely spicy. I don't recall it ever being that spicy. The cheesy Fiesta potatoes were hard and cold as if they were leftover from who knows when, and my cinnamon twists were just plain twists with barely any cinnamon sugar on them. This inedible meal came to over $30, so apparently, Taco Bell has raised its prices but lowered its quality and standard of food. The only good thing about this experience was that the bathrooms were clean, so I guess that was a plus.
