Wild Sassa - HOMOSASSA

We loved this place so much, we ate here twice during our week holiday to Homosassa. The shrimps are so good! The ladies who run this place are wonderful and you might have to wait a minute, but that's because it's real food and they put it together so well. Gluten-free options! That was hard for me to find in the area, so I was glad to find it. But my family is not gluten-free and they loved the Quesadillas, Chowder and Tacos. I had a basket both times and it is so filling and fresh. They put fresh fruit at any meal. I cannot recommend this place enough! You can also sit by the river, watch the boats and we were visited by ducks and Ibiss and Pelicans.

Five stars does not do it justice, best shrimp and tuna tacos I have ever had. Seriously cannot go wrong, just flat out delicious with great atmosphere! Just wish the hours longer and more consistent day to day.

This little spot is well worth the detour on the trip between Tallahassee and Tampa. The tuna tacos and crab chowder are the best I’ve had of either and the ladies running it are so nice.

My wife and I come here for lunch once a week after our long snorkeling adventures! I can not tell how much we look forward to having our lunch at Wild Sassa’s every Sunday! Bridgette Michelle are truly the sweetest make phenomenal shrimp tacos red snapper tacos! We highly recommend eating here trying everything on their menu!!

Inspite of a crazy busy day, these gals still served an incredibly delicious lunch, as always. Thank you so much for our wonderful lunch, we will keep coming back!! Best food in Citrus County!!!
