Subway - Honea Path

Ordered online twice in two days back to back. Put in the notes to toast the sandwiches both times, both times the sandwiches WERE NOT toasted like I requested. Don't use the app to order from here is you want your sandwich toasted.

This place is horrible, why I keep coming back who knows. This time staff wasn’t friendly, I think they hate their job, bread under cooked, place looks run down, no chips on the shelf.

Waited at drive thru for 10 mins girl was sweeping and I know she saw my car there…. It’s sad cause it’s not other restaurants to choose from…. Apparently there were another person in the store as well, will be calling in the am it’s 9:35 pm now they don’t close till 10

My sandwich was a disappointment, it was a wet pile of toppings in a wrapper, all falling off the bread. Just poorly assembled, wish I could take back the tip I left online. The bathroom doesn't lock and I was walked in on twice because of the faulty door. Generally terrible experience, also all of my spinach was old and limp.Will never return.

I had stopped by to grab a fast lunch Sunday around 1:30 and the moment I came in the staff greeted me and said they will be right with me. They were busy because people were everywhere but I gotta say they were super fast and I got my order before I knew it. It was exactly the way I wanted it and it was nice and fresh! I want to give a special shout out to Austin B. and Sarah F. Thank you for being at work and serving customers with respect and for such great service! Thank you and keep up the great work!
