Yesterday Oct .4th was my first ever visit to a Domino’s, they say the first impression is a lasting impression, I was taken in by the tv commercials for cheesy bread, I ordered 2 cheesy breads $19.00)the young fellow the was making pies was very polite the store was spotless however when I reached home and cut open the cheesy bread low and behold nothing like the tv commercials with cheese oozing out I was lucky that there was a trace of cheese, very disappointing as I said first impression is a lasting impression,i probably wouldn’t return to this franchise again. Great friendly staff. Placed an order the other day and arrived to pick it up but it was delayed a few minutes, due to a very large order that was placed ahead of me. The staff was very kind and apologetic about it and I could see they were working their butts off to complete the large order and keep up with everyone else’s. They deserve 10 stars for putting up with the crotchety people that had to wait just a few more minutes. I believe the names of the staff were Casey, Hope and Anthony. They handled are hard situation very well and put out good quality food with great customer service. I hope they get recognition for it.
Ordered well before close so knew order was done, but arrived 5 mins after they closed because I was coming from further away, and they canceled the order 2 mins before I got there and the workers just sat there while we knocked at the door. I've worked in the restaurant business and yeah, it sucks having to stay open later and I rarely, if ever, do this, but they're there cleaning anyways and the tip I had to give them was over 50% of my order, which was $20.
I placed an order a week ago and received only part of my order, alongside someone else's. I called the restaurant to address the issue and was polite; they credited my phone number with $20. However, when I called today since online ordering is disabled at that location, they claimed they didn't know how to apply the credit. The manager then hung up on me and refused to take my order without the credit, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout. I was simply expressing my dissatisfaction with their service in a polite yet direct manner. This has happened twice in just a week, and both times, the experience has been chaotic.
