Bidra med feedbackI had to wait an hour to come here, as there aren't many options nearby. I could have gone to a chain restaurant, but when I saw this place, I knew I had to try and support it. The food wasn't mind-blowing, but it was unique and special for Hong Kong. The portion sizes were decent. It was a bit expensive, but I was happy to support them. Highlights were the vegetable stew and delicious potatoes. The downside was the lack of flavor in the "Rolex" dish.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! I really enjoyed the vegan daily soup and the 5 bean burger. I also tried the vegan roll there, but I preferred the burger. The staff is lovely. The restaurant is bustling during lunch hours, indicating its popularity among locals and office workers in the area. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood!
After a stroll, I stumbled upon this cafe located just a few minutes walk from Wong Chuk Hang MTR. Situated in what appears to be an office building, it was a pleasant surprise to take the elevator up to the 15th floor and discover this charming cafe/restaurant. I adored the African-inspired decor with patterned fabrics and carvings, as well as the unique dishes on offer. The friendly service and relaxed atmosphere made for a delightful dining experience with a great view. The menu includes clear vegan options such as vegan soup, African curries, pasta, "rolex" rolls, and burgers. I opted for the five bean burgers to try the teff bread, which resembled and tasted like a pancake, along with a delicious coffee with milk. I definitely plan on returning, especially since they have an extensive coffee and tea menu. I enjoyed a latte with milk and noted that they have a lovely bar for those interested in happy hour.
On the 15th floor with a view of the boats on the water, they could come here only for the lookout! specialized in coffee (which is strong) and tee, and have a coffee car in the ground floor on weekdays. stretched room with friendly service. the pumpkin vieggie wrap "rolex was fantastic, and the beyond burger, served on a gluten-free injera bee (that looks/taste like a pancake) was also great. Nice to see more options for vegan and vegetarian on this side of the hk island.
I walked an hour to come here as there are very few possibilities in the area. I could have gone into a chain, but when I saw this place, I just had to try to support him. The food is not blowing your mind, but it is so secret and so unique for HK that it really did not bother me, it hit this homely place! Portions were dimensioned decently. Not cheap, but again, like to support highlights: the veggie stew, and super tasty potatoes Lowlights: the lack of taste in the “Rolex” pack #Veganuar
